[FFXIV Guide] Guide: Book of Netherfall I Completion
You have to kill 10 enemies of each kind listed below (that makes a total of 100 foes).
Location: Mor Dhona - North Silvertear
There are only a couple of them lurking around, but I was really lucky because I stumbled into a FATE called "Among Giants". Everytime I finished both Sozu that spawned during the FATE, two new ones appeared.
Location: Mor Dhona - The Fogfens
I found a total of 4 - two are outside and two are inside the last two rooms of the fortress! Lazyness won, so I just camped outside and waited for their respawn.
Location: Coerthas Central Highlands - Boulder Downs
Those wolves are a bit scattered, but there are a lot of them around the following location:
Violet Screech
Location: East Shroud - The Sylphlands
And again - such a looooong way! I found a couple of them on the following locations:
Location: South Shroud - Urth's Gift
Those are easy to find. You'll find a lot of them just at the entrance of the small cave that leads to Urth's Gift.
Ixali Windtalon
Location: North Shroud - Proud Creek
Luckily there are tonns of them around the shown location, so you'll get your 10 kills pretty easy and fast!
Location: Western Thanalan - Cape Westwind
A couple of them are hanging out in Cape Westwind. Be sure to check behind every gate! I found their respawn time quite long, tough...
Location: Southern Thanalan - Zanr'ak
Two of them are guiding the gates to Zahar'ak. I don't know if there are more of them - I just waited their respawn.
Sapsa Shelfclaws
Location: Western La Noscea - Halfstone
I only found 3 of them, but their respawn time isn't too bad at all! Just circle between their 3 positions and you'll be fine!
Location: Outer La Noscea - U'Ghamaro Mines
I found a room that spawns two of the Priests and one room nearby which spawns another Priest, so I just went to get my kills here.

3. FATEs
Rude Awakening
Location: North Shroud
This FATE is a boss, but he is pretty easy to kite around and he doesn't really do much damage as well, so you should be able to solo him.
Location: Northern Thanalan
This FATE spawns right outside of Camp Bluefog. You need to defend an NPC which is making his way to Ceruleum Processing Plant. If he dies, the FATE fails, so better be careful! He also talks a lot...
The Four Winds
Location: Coerthas Central Highlands
This FATE offers four smaller bosses... they all need to be killed in order to complete it. Better get a friend to help, it might be hard to solo it before the time runs out.

Subduing the Subprime
Location: Northern Thanalan - Camp Bluefog
Talk to Rurubana <Levemete>, who is located in Camp Bluefog, and choose Battlecraft Leves. After initiating it, you'll just need to kill a couple of monsters.
Who Writes History
Location: Mor Dhona - Saint Coinach�s Find
Talk to Eidhart <Flame Sergeant> in Mor Dhona and select Immortal Flames Leves. After initiating the leve, a rather weak boss will appear. It will spawn some adds, but just burst him down and ignore his little friends.
Got a Gut Feeling about This
Location: Coerthas Central Highlands - Whitebrim Front
Talk to Voilinaut <Levemete> in Whitebrim Front and select this Leve. After you initiated it, you'll need to slay the normal mobs lurking around first in order to obtain key items. You can use those items on the prime locations - that will spawn other mobs. Your goal is to lure out two Stegotaurs.
