1. Enemies
You have to kill 10 enemies of each kind listed below (that makes a total of 100 foes).
Location: Mor Dhona - The Fogfens
There are only a couple of mobs around, and it's highly likely that they have been already killed. Just camp those locations and they will spawn on you.
5th Cohort Vanguard
Location: Mor Dhona - Castrum Centri
They are huge, so you can barely miss them. I found 5 of them in total, so here again: Don't leave if you don't find any of them, they might just respawn soon.
Location: Coerthas Central Highlands - Boulder Downs
Those are a bit annoying to find. I think I found a total of 3 Giant Loggers... but I might have just been blind! Just keep your eyes open. Don't mix them with the Giant Luggers by the way.
Shoalspine Sahagin
Location: Western La Noscea - The Sapsa Spawning Grounds
Yet again, there are just a couple of them. I found them mostly spawning next to the doors.
Synthetic Doblyn
Location: Outer La Noscea - U�Ghamaro Mines
The Synthetic Doblyns are not that hard to find and there is quite a few of them.
2nd Cohort Hoplomachi
Location: Eastern La Noscea - Castrum Occidens (TP to Wineport)
They are inside and outside of the small "castle", so check both locations for the respawn.
Milkroot Cluster
Location: East Shroud - The Sylphlands
Suuuch a long way to get to the location where the Milkroot Clusters are spawning.
4th Cohort Hoplomachi
Location: Western Thanalan - Cape Westwind
There aren't too many of them. When there is a bunch of people farming them, I recommend to stay at the entrance because there are 2 of them spawning close to each other.
Zanr'ak Pugilist
Location: Southern Thanalan - Zanr'ak
They are on top of the mountain (enter like the red arrow shows).
Basilisk
Location: Northern Thanalan - Bluefog
They are really easy to find, because they are literally everywhere. You should also do the Levequest called Necrologos: Pale Oblation, because you can take it directly in Bluefog (see 4. Leves).

3. FATEs
Giant Seps
Location: Coerthas Central Highlands
I found this one being a pain because it didn't want to pop. Might have just been me missing it all the time though... While waiting for this FATE you should do the Levequest called An Imp Mobile (see 4. Leves), because it's just next to it.
Make It Rain
Location: Outer La Noscea
This one seems to pop rather often.
The Enmity Of My Enemy
Location: East Shroud
This is a two parts FATE, so don't wonder why you are not getting rewarded for the first one. I was feeling scammed at start, haha!

4. Leves
Necrologos: Pale Oblation
Location: Northern Thanalan - Camp Bluefog
Talk to Rurubana <Levemete>, who is located in Camp Bluefog, and choose Battlecraft Leves. From there, simply initiate Necrologos: Pale Oblation.
An Imp Mobile
Location: Coerthas Central Highlands - Whitebrim Front
Talk to Lodille <Serpent Sergeant> in Whitebrim Front and select Maelstrom Leves. Don't worry, you don't have to be a part of that Grand Company. Simply choose An Imp Mobile and start the weird poke-ing quest.
The Awry Salvages
Location: Mor Dhona - Saint Coinach�s Find
Talk to Eidhart <Flame Sergeant> in Saint Coinach�s Find and select Order of the Twin Adder Levequests.
